IfIHadAHiFi’s ‘Nada Surf EP+3 is out tomorrow in brick and mortar (cd’s) and digital stores, vinyl will be out 2-21-12 in-stores or tomorrow via the e-store. The EP has garnered some nice reviews of late:

HiFi are also recording and mixing a new EP for the Cedar Block: Sexy Results show, Feb 18 @ Turner Hall in Milwaukee. The new EP will be available at the show or on their bandcamp page beginning the weekend of Feb 18.

Nervous Curtains ‘Fake Infinity’ LP will be out 2-21-12 and the band are currently booking shows for an east coast tour in April, followed by midwest dates in May. Check here for updates.

Not to get ahead of ourselves too much but LFR turns 10 in 2012 and we’re VERY excited about the release schedule that’s shaping up (more to follow in October) including the sophomore release from Nervous Curtains, ‘Fake Infinity’.

We have a special chicago show to announce. In case you haven’t heard our good friend and labelmate/tourmate Elliott Turton (from the bands Waxeater and Trophy Wives) was electrocuted on –stage in Austin on Sunday, June 26 and spent 3 days in the ICU. He was released from the hospital on July 1 and there will be a benefit show in Chicago to help off-set his medical bills. There will be a raffle at the show as well and some nice giveaways to send you home with. Come down and support a great friend, hear great music and meet good people.
